I’m Kareigh.

The name of my practice is an ode to Lake Huron - and many of the special places along its shore that have held me throughout all of life’s seasons thus far. I strive to serve my clients in a similar way - to consistently provide a place where you can finally exhale, reflect, and reset.

My initial calling to this career was a fascination with other people’s love stories and the endless complexity of our closest relationships. The calling to continue in this vocation is the opportunity I have to honor - on a daily basis - the privilege that it is to create space for, to be with, to witness, and to be a mirror for others as we endure, engage in, are consumed by, take ownership of, and make meaning out of each and every part of our one, human experience.

My clients are endlessly providing reminders of the grace that exists within moments of humility, curiosity, and intentional vulnerability. My time as a therapist really has been an irreplaceable gift.

I am deeply invested in creating and maintaining a compassionate and collaborative environment for my clients, and I would be honored to be considered a safe place to land throughout your journey.
