Insurance Options
I am an In-Network Provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Blue Choice Preferred PPO, and Aetna PPO.
It is important that you find out exactly what mental health services your insurance policy covers. It is recommended that you check with your insurance provider to confirm eligibility for reimbursement and coverage-specifics related to your plan’s deductible, copay, and/or coinsurance.
Sliding Scale Fees
I offer a limited number of reduced fee spots for clients who are a good fit for the practice and are otherwise prevented from seeking services due to financial constraints.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that clients are responsible for a late fee for sessions that are cancelled without 48 hours notice. Insurance does not reimburse or cover the fee for late cancellations or no-shows. This will be an out-of-pocket charge of $150 to the credit card on file.
Virtual sessions
I offer Telehealth sessions for Illinois residents using the HIPAA-compliant platform TheraNest by Ensora Health.
Due to current licensing laws, my clients must be located in Illinois at the time of their Telehealth sessions.
